I loved this event: beautiful site with tall trees, cozy campground,
race committee that got us out racing instead of spinning around
waiting for the perfect conditions, a cooking crew that knew how to
cook a ribeye, a variety of winds from drifter to hiking out, shorts
and a tee shirt weather, new sailors and crusty veterans like Jim
Christopher, and winners trophies than included real gold (don't rat
out Emilio to the IRS). And best of all 12 lasers on the line, thanks
in no small part to the promotional work from Nick Burke and Steve
Aguilar.
